Banana and Date Oat Shake

Serves 2 | Prep Time: 10 Minutes


  • Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

  • 4 Medjool (or dried dates)
  • 500ml Provamel Oat Original drink
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 banana

TIP: This recipe is extra quick and easy if you soak the dates overnight. You can also peel, chop and freeze the banana for an extra fresh start to the day.


  1. If you haven’t already remove the pits from the soaked dates. Save half of the lemon rind for garnish
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients until you get a nice smooth consistency. Pour into large glasses and garnish with lemon rind.
