Plant based chef Chantelle Nicholson has partnered with Pasta Evangelists for a limited edition vegan menu of freshly made artisanal pasta. Pasta Evangelists is a service that delivers luxury pasta made freshly in boxes big enough to fit through your letterbox, in recyclable insulated packaging. The company was founded by Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith, Sunday Times food critic Giles Coren and Masterchef critic William Sitwell.

For the week commencing 19th March until 24th March, they are offering three vegan dishes on their menu, which are available to pre-order ready for next week. The pasta dishes suitable for vegans next week is made with Bianca, a variety of pasta made without the egg that is typically used in fresh pasta.

Flavours include a lasagne made with roasted cauliflower and chargrilled kale, tagliatelle with wild garlic pesto and tortellini with Delica pumpkin with pumpkin seed pesto. The company have used vegan favourites such as nutritional yeast in their pesto instead of parmesan cheese and added a formaggio made by Violife to their vegan lasagne.
