Makes 3 servings
Ingredients
- 2tbsp Meridian Smooth Cashew Butter
- ½ small garlic clove (crushed)
- ½ lemon
- 150g cooked chickpeas from a can
- 2tbsp olive oil
Method
- Put all of the ingredients into a food processor with salt, pepper and 2tbsp water. Whizz until smooth.
- If it is too thick add a little more water. Taste to check the seasoning, and add more salt, pepper or lemon to suit your taste.
