Makes 3 servings


  • 2tbsp Meridian Smooth Cashew ButterCreamy Cashew and Garlic Hummus 1
  • ½ small garlic clove (crushed)
  • ½ lemon
  • 150g cooked chickpeas from a can
  • 2tbsp olive oil


  1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor with salt, pepper and 2tbsp water. Whizz until smooth.
  2. If it is too thick add a little more water. Taste to check the seasoning, and add more salt, pepper or lemon to suit your taste.
