The family-friendly restaurant chain, Frankie & Benny’s, is adding to its vegan offerings, with the introduction of seven new plant-based dishes, which will be available from 14th May.
Back in January, the eatery had a successful vegan menu launch, and since then, customers have only been asking them for more plant-based options to be added. Soon, the chain’s vegan menu will comprise 22 dishes.
The new menu will include a long-awaited Vegan Fry Up (£6.29), Vegan Scrambled Eggs (£5.59), Vegan Cheese Fries (£4.99), Viva La Vegan Cheeseburger (£10.49) Vegan Loaded Skins (£5.49), Vegan No-cheesecake (£5.79), and a Lotus Biscoff Milkshake (£2.99).
Holly Davies, head of Food and Development at Frankie & Benny’s, spoke about the new additions: “This spring, we are really excited to be introducing the types of dishes that our customers have been asking for, as they tell us that they want to see more of our Italian American heritage on the menu.”
She added: “In addition, following the great success of our extensive vegan range launched in January, we now look to focus in on the dishes that our guests have really loved, creating further ways for them to enjoy every aspect of our menu across every day; including our new breakfast vegan fry up and the launch of our incredibly indulgent vegan loaded fries and vegan cheesecake.”
The restaurant has also announced that they will be removing their dairy-free Mac No-Cheese and Chocolate & Raspberry Cake from menus, due to them being ‘unpopular’ with diners.
