- ½ white cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 Jar Sacla’ Free From Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
- Put the cabbage, carrots, and spring onions in a large bowl and stir to combine
- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in a small bowl and then drizzle over the vegetables. Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
