- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cabbage
- 1 bottle Jack Daniel’s® Full Flavour Smokey Barbecue Sauce
- With clean hands, slice the cauliflower into steaks and the cabbage into wedges.
- Place the cauliflower steaks and the cabbage on a hot grill.
- Brush with Jack Daniel’s® Full Flavour Smokey Barbecue Sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn.
- Repeat 2-3 times until a crust develops on the cauliflower steaks and cabbage wedges.
- Serve immediately.
