- 1 Fry’s Fully Loaded Chicken Style Country Pie
- 65g (1/3 cup) red quinoa
- 55g (1/3 cup) cous cous
- 50g (1/3 cup) peas
- 1 -2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- A small handful of basil, roughly chopped (feel free to include your favourite herbs – parsley and mint work really well with this dish)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Cook the quinoa, cous cous and peas, following pack instructions. Drain well and spread over a platter or wide, shallow bowl to cool quickly.
- When the quinoa, cous cous and peas are cool, stir through all of the remaining ingredients with plenty of seasoning.
- Heat up the pie so that it is warmed through and serve with the salad.
