New vegan recipe box service launches amidst plant-based boom

Recipe kits are taking off in the age where convenience and healthy meals are both desired amongst those with busy lifestyles. New vegan recipe box Leafychef makes being kind to yourself, and the planet easier with their natural ingredients and meat-free recipes.

Leafychef source high quality ingredients and meat alternatives, providing you with delicious plant-based recipes, delivering it straight to your door, and give you the option to cater for two or four people.

The recipes from Leafychef are great for new vegans, experienced plant-based connoisseurs looking for some inspiration, or for those trying to do their bit for the planet and their health by reducing their intake of animal products.

Recipes include pulled jackfruit gyros, to-fish and chips, and carbonara with oyster mushroom bacon.

Leafychef was created by Benarsh Laly, who said: “It was only after going vegan that I truly fell in love with food, spending evenings veganising my favourite dishes and playing with ingredients. It made me realise that you could continue to eat what you like, whilst being kind to our bodies and the world we live in.

“But, with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, sometimes it’s hard to keep on top of the groceries or research new recipes for the week. That’s why we started leafychef, to help make going vegan even easier.”

Local suppliers are used for all of their ingredients, supporting the local economy and growers who have the same ethos as Leafychef.

Leafychef are also donating 10 per cent of their profits to Friends of the Earth, helping to be the change they wish to see in the world.
