The UK’s Largest Mexican Food Chain Launches Their Own Exciting Vegan Menu
Chiquitos goal is to make Mexican-inspired food more accessible to the UK’s rapidly changing eating habits, so the new menu is promising an innovative take on some of our favourite Mexican classics. Exotic ingredients such as jackfruit, banana blossom and palm hearts will all be included in the new dishes, making the new options not only tasty but enticing and colourful as well.
With four vegan starters, five main courses with side dishes, three desserts and a vegan-specific drinks list, flexitarian, vegetarian and vegan customers will now have a wider selection of dishes to choose from.
Managing Director of Chiquito’s, Angelo Gabrilatsou commented: “We are particularly proud of our new vegan menu. It stays true to our core objectives by driving innovation, accessibility and fun. Having guest choice at the heart and understanding growing trends, this menu allows Chiquito to be more accessible to guests that seek vegan options. We are very fortunate that Mexican food lends itself very well to vegan and our new additions bring amazing tastes and textures, that will appeal not only to vegans but to all our guests. We are incredibly excited about this menu and firmly believe it puts us at the forefront of vegan dining in the UK. As Always, innovating and delivering the best in Mexican cuisine is at the heart of everything we do.”
