Why start a subscription?

With a subscription not only will you save 35% on the cover price, you can look forward to having your favourite magazine delivered directly to your door every month. You can also be happy in the knowledge that you’ll not miss an issue, or have the trouble of going to the shops to buy a copy. Subscriptions also make a thoughtful gift, what better than giving the gift of veganism!

So how do I buy a subscription?

You can view the full range of printed subscriptions here. Simply select the country that you reside in, the issue you wish to start from, and add to your basket! If you have a promotion code, you can enter it at the checkout.You can also subscribe to the magazine digitally, you will be able to choose from having a simple page turner version of the printed magazine, or the fully interactive app version. Do you deliver subscriptions outside of the UK?

Yes, we deliver to all parts of the world. If you are in Europe, please select ‘Europe’ in the country selection on the product you wish to purchase. If you are outside Europe, please select ‘Rest of  the World’ as your country. 

Can I choose when my subscription starts?

Yes! There are 3 options to choose from; the current issue, the next issue or two months’ time.

How will my subscription be confirmed?

You will receive an email with your order details. Please note that it is not compulsory to set up an account with us when you subscribe, but the option is there. If you have any questions about your subscription, please email hannahprimeimpact.co.uk with the magazine title, full address details and your order number, where possible.

How do I edit my subscription address?

If you need to make any changes to your subscription details you will need to update them on our subscription site, here. Click the ‘Login/Register’ button in the top right hand corner and log in or create an account. Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ on the navigation bar, then ‘Contact Details’ tab. Below your current account details, you will see an ‘Edit my details’ button. How do I order a subscription as a gift?

You can order the subscription as normal, and choose the address that you wish to have the subscription delivered to. If you would like to print off a certificate to give to the lucky person, you can print one out and personalise them here

When will my subscription gift arrive?

If you entered a promotional code for a free gift, the gift will be sent directly from the company providing the product(s). Please allow 4-6 weeks for this to arrive. If you have any queries, or you do not receive your gift within this time, please contact hannah.allen@primeimpact.co.uk with the magazine title, full address details and order number, where possible.

Can I order back issues?

You can! Just take a look here. Not all of the back issues are still available to purchase in print, but you can still download previous digital versions here

My magazine/order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your subscription, the buyer has the right, in addition to the buyer’s other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund for any un-mailed issues of the subscription, less the value of the subscription gift.  To cancel the contract the buyer must write to Prime Impact Events & Media, Subscriptions Department, Park House, The Business Centre, Earls Colne Business Park, Earls Colne, CO6 2NS. Any issues already posted out to the buyer will not be refunded.
