Temple of Seitan Collaborate With Brewery For New Site

Temple of Seitan are collaborating with Lost Rivers Brewing Co at their Old Street site in London for a permanent residency onsite. Organised by BLAX-UK, there are going to be other pop-ups in the future, however Temple of Seitan is a permanent feature, with exclusive dishes available.

Temple of Seitan owner, Pat O’Shea said: “We are stoked to announce that we will be teaming up with BLAX-UK to launch a new Temple of Seitan 100% vegan kitchen at Lost Rivers Old Street. 2018 has been a huge year for us with a launch of Temple of Camden and the announcement that we will be taking our seitan to the USA for the Eat Drink Vegan festival in May.

“By far the most enjoyable job at Temple of Seitan HQ is developing and refining new recipes – in fact our prep kitchen is affectionately known as the ‘Seitanic Laboratory’. We think the kitchen at Lost Rivers Old Street will be the perfect place to showcase these new dishes.”

On offer at Lost Rivers Old Street will be new innovative vegan food, and limited edition dishes that are going to be exclusively available at the Old Street location. In addition, there will be vegan ice cream supplied by Black Milq, who make their delicious ice cream using homemade cashew nut milk and milk from coconuts.

Danny Price, Head of Partnerships at BLAX-UK said: “We’re so excited to announce this. We love working with brands that stay ahead of the curve, Temple of Seitan are one of the most, if not the most innovative food brands out there, so to be part of their growth as well as their food on a creative level, it’s something we are completely ecstatic about.”

Open to the general public on Saturday 17th of March.

Temple of Seitan have just announced their new breakfast menu, and you can find out more information here.
