Impossible Burger is now on the menu at Public, and its sister restaurant in New York City.
Last week, two new restaurants – Public & Saxon + Parole, added the plant-based Impossible Burger to their menus. The decision was made by Executive Chef for both restaurants – Brad Farmerie, who believes the ‘bleeding’ burger is parallel in texture, flavour and nutrition to the other menu items on his menu. “The more I read about it, it sounds like exactly what I wanted to get on my menu” said Farmerie.
Public offers a vegan option of the Impossible Burger, while Saxton + Parole serves it on a non-vegan bun and includes dairy-based condiments. With these two additions, the Impossible Burger is now available at a total of six restaurants – including NYC’s Momofuku Nishi, San Francisco’s Jardiniere and Cockscomb, and Los Angeles all-vegan eatery Crossroads Kitchen.
