Pizza is the quintessential Friday night takeaway, but homemade pizzas can actually be a really fun and easy meal to make with friends! For a super quick and easy 20-minute vegan dinner, grab a ready-made vegan pizza base, a scrummy Italian tomato sauce and some fluffy vegan cheese. Mix it up with as many toppings as you can fit, from roasted artichokes to Fry’s Smoked Hot Dogs, for a ‘pizza’ the fakeaway action!

Vegan Hotdog Pizza

  • 1 vegan-friendly pizza base
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200g passata
  • 250g vegan cheese
  • 2 Fry’s Hot Dogs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C. Pour the passata into a saucepan to simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Once the sauce has thickened, take it off the heat to cool. Meanwhile, fry 2 Hot Dogs in a frying pan over a medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes, flipping regularly.
  2. Once the passata is cool, spread it across the pizza base and top with vegan cheese and Hot Dogs. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and cook for 10 – 15 minutes until the crust is crisp.
