Chia Porridge Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl

The best of porridge, chia pudding and yoghurt in one simple recipe, that will take you literally five minutes to put together, with only five simple, wholesome ingredients.

Serves 1


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats (quick oats)
  • 120ml (4 fl oz) plain coconut yoghurt
  • 120ml (4 fl oz) plant milk (almond, oat or coconut)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)


  1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl or jar, mix well and set aside to soak. 20-30 minutes will be enough, but you can obviously let it soak longer.
  2. Give it a quick stir, transfer to a serving bowl, add your favourite toppings and serve!
