
Easy Vegan Gravy (Oil-free)
This vegan gravy recipe is rich and creamy and super savoury — just the way gravy should be! It’s also oil-free, making it a healthy addition to your holiday meals.
Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 60ml (2 fl oz) water
- 480ml (16 fl oz) vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
Method
- First, mix the cornflour with the water in a small bowl until if fully dissolves.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Reduce heat and continue whisking until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
