Matcha & Coconut Overnight Porridge with Fresh Figs

The combination of flavours of this matcha and coconut overnight porridge is just so delicious and refreshing.

Serves 2


  • 150g (5.3 oz) porridge (rolled) oats
  • 500ml (17 fl oz) oat milk
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, agave syrup etc)

For the toppings:

  • 2 figs
  • Coconut shavings
  • Pumpkin seeds (or any favourites)
  • Chia seeds (optional)


  1. Pour milk, oats, matcha, vanilla and shredded coconut in a container or jar. Close the lid and shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
  2. When ready to use, sweeten to taste and share evenly between two bowls.
  3. Top with sliced figs and toppings of your choice
