Vibrant Vegan is a social enterprise, founded by Iain Burke-Hamilton, who is also founder of The Soulful Food Company. Speaking about the competition, he said: “As a socially conscious company, we strive to make the world a better place. The work War Child UK does is extraordinary and life changing – they go to places where no one else can go, which is why raising awareness of their cause is a top priority for us.
“The shows they put on with some of the UK’s biggest artists is unique to them, so we wanted to do something fun and engaging that would promote that.”
Iain added: “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is an iconic British book and film, and seeing as we’re a British food company, it made sense for us to do a golden ticket campaign. One of our customers is going to have a great surprise when they open their box of vegan meals, to find they’ve got tickets to see an award-winning artist. The tickets to the show sold out within days, so this is a ‘money can’t buy’ opportunity!”
